Heather Hogan is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and Certified Nurse Midwife with nearly 20 years of clinical experience. She provides inclusive, evidence-based gynecologic and reproductive care and leads Haven Health’s clinical scope, protocols, and quality standards with a focus on thoughtful, patient-centered care.

Caroline Neill, CNM

Co-Founder & Managing Director 

Caroline Neill is a Certified Nurse Midwife and co-founder of Haven Health, where she serves as Managing Director. She combines clinical expertise with operational leadership, overseeing practice development, patient experience, and sustainable care models that expand access while maintaining high clinical standards.
