Our fertility services are designed for individuals and families of all genders, sexual orientations, and family structures. This care is also a good fit for people who want a less invasive, less clinical approach than what is typically offered at a fertility clinic.
No. Our services are inclusive and affirming of LGBTQ+ individuals and families, but they are open to anyone seeking thoughtful, midwifery-led fertility and preconception care.
The preconception visit includes a 90-minute appointment to review health history, discuss fertility goals, provide health optimization counseling, teach fertility tracking, and review insemination options. It also includes three months of unlimited phone and secure messaging support.
Yes. We offer in-home intrauterine insemination (IUI) for patients who prefer a private, comfortable setting. Inseminations are timed based on your cycle and ovulation indicators.
No. We do not provide sperm washing services. All patients pursuing IUI must obtain washed sperm from a licensed sperm bank. We review sperm bank options and logistics during the preconception visit.
No. Our fertility services are offered within the scope of certified nurse midwifery and focus on education, cycle awareness, and lower-intervention care. We do not offer advanced reproductive technologies such as IVF.
If higher-level fertility services are needed, we can help guide you toward appropriate next steps or referrals.
